C itizens Facilitation Centre as the name suggests is a centre developed with the sole purpose of facilitating locals of merged districts. The idea stems from the pretext that the locals of the area have been devoid of facilities related to registration. Technology driven CFCs are well equipped with technology and are strengthening state-citizen relationship, providing basic public services in a more efficient and transparent manner. The infrastructure of these CFCs has been purposefully designed and well planned. There are LCDs, Qmatic machines, computers and mics with speakers, biometric devices etc to enable beneficiaries well informed and updated. There are separate waiting areas, prayer areas and washrooms for both men and women.
