C itizen Facilitation Centers are providing enough facilities through which the TDP families would thus be able to utilize these services under one roof without travelling too far flung areas. Making CFC’s an effective tool to address the requirements of locals thereby providing efficient services that were not available in OSS. Keeping this learning in mind, the ERP project has expanded the scope of these OSS and has recently converted three (03) OSS, as a pilot, into a comprehensive Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC). These CFCs’ aim is to provide more facilities to the TDPs for the effective and sustainable social mobilization while at the same time educating people how to deal with social constraints.

Services at CFCs are in pilot phase which have been introduced 3 x CFC’s of Khyber, Orakzai and Kurram districts soon to be deployed at each of 27 x CFC in 7 x Newly merged districts (NMD). All 27xCFCs will be operational by February 2020.

N ADRA is launching Civil Registration Management System(CRMS) counter at all CFC’s. These counters would facilitate citizens in registering vital events such as (Birth,marriage,death). The system would provide up-to-date status reporting facility for selected events providing business decision models for strategic decision making in resource allocation, hence enabling better governance. NADRA’s newly established CFC’s are well equipped to launch other products and services as per need and requirement and updating/renewal of CNIC/NICOP), CRC/FRC, Juvenile Cards. Recently, there has been an addition of Arms Lisence counter at 3 x pilot CFC’s along with introduction of ALP counters at rest of CFC’s


N ADRA is establishing e-sahulat counter at CFC’s. e-sahulat provides customers a convenient, low cost alternative to bill payments and other financial transactions. Each transaction is carried out through a safe encrypted network that ensures protection of individual’s data being transmitted over network. e-sahulat counters is enabling individuals to perform low-cost electronic transactions such as disbursements of funds, bank related payments and Utility bills such as electricity, gas, phone bills, Naya Pakistan Housing Registration,ID Verification, ETO Islamabad


A dedicated counter is established at CFC’s in order to process new and/or existing CNIC. This service is facilitating locals in inserting and updating their data and information available in CNIC. Based on their requirements, individuals would be able to extract Child Registration Certificate (CRC), Family Registration Certificate (FRC) , NICOP and Cancelation certificate(CC) from the designated counters.


E xpansion in the scope of CWG is also a part of the plan, the new CWG grant is 12500/Rs. Which is divided into 4 tranches, in each visit beneficiaries will be given 2500/Rs. whereas enrolment of second child services will also be provided.

Upcoming Provincial Govt. Services

There are other pipeline projects too which are planned to be implemented on a provincial Govt. grounds. Services that would be provided to the TDPs will be excise and taxation monitoring, issuance of Arms

License, driving license, and domicile, registration of land /property and board /university educational certificates/diplomas/degrees.
