CFC-ESTABLISHMENT

C itizen Facilitation Centers are providing enough facilities through which the TDP families would thus be able to utilize these services under one roof without travelling too far flung areas. Making CFC’s an effective tool to address the requirements of locals thereby providing efficient services that were not available in OSS. Keeping this learning in mind, the ERP project has expanded the scope of these OSS and has recently converted three (03) OSS, as a pilot, into a comprehensive Citizen Facilitation Centre (CFC). These CFCs’ aim is to provide more facilities to the TDPs for the effective and sustainable social mobilization while at the same time educating people how to deal with social constraints.

Services at CFCs are in pilot phase which have been introduced 3 x CFC’s of Khyber, Orakzai and Kurram districts soon to be deployed at each of 27 x CFC in 7 x Newly merged districts (NMD). All 27xCFCs will be operational by February 2020.
