APPEAL RESOLUTION

A ppeals handling is considered to be one of the most intricate components of the project which is handled by FDMA. If the concerned person is not in the TDP list initially identified by FDMA, the person/ applicant submits an appeal at the GR Counter of the OSS. At the time of appeal lodging, the case management system applies the defined business rules of eligible criteria at fly.

T he approved appeals are forwarded to FDMA for further verification. The aforesaid department makes the final decision within 60 days. Appellant has right to appeal once. Below figure illustrates the process flow for appeal registration at any OSS.
